Fascia as a sensory organ: Latest research findings and their translation into clinical application in dealing with myofascial dysfunctions

筋膜结缔组织,包括肌腱、腱膜、关节囊和其他胶原纤维结缔组织,已被发现在力传导和许多运动功能障碍中扮演着重要角色。最近,遍布全身的筋膜网络被发现具有丰富的感觉器官功能。这令人兴奋的新发现为本体感觉、内感觉和伤害性感觉提供了全新的视角。

Fascial connective tissues, including tendons, aponeuroses, joint capsules and other fibrous collagenous connective tissues, have been shown to play major roles in force transmission and many movement dysfunctions. Recently, the importance of this body wide fascial network as our riches sensory organ has been investigated as well. The exciting new discoveries from this novel exploration provide a multitude of insights related to proprioception, interoception and nociception.

 

 

 

本次工作坊为期3天,理论与实践参半,涵盖关于筋膜作为一个感受器官的临床应用知识,以及手法治疗肌筋膜功能障碍的实践操作:例如筋膜源性下背痛、反复性应力损伤、颈肩疼痛、张力性头痛、青少年自发性脊柱侧弯、跟腱炎、足底筋膜炎、髂胫束综合征等。

This 3-day workshop, consisting of 50% theory and 50% practice will describe the most important clinical implications about fascia as a sensory organ and then combine them with detailed practical applications for manual therapy treatment of myofascial dysfunctions, such as fascial low back pain, repetitive strain injuries, neck/shoulder pain, tensional head aches, adolescent idiopatic scolioisis, Achilles tendionopathy and plantar fascosis, IT-band syndrome, and more.

 

 

第一天:筋膜和本体感觉

实践部分:

-高尔基腱器官、鲁菲尼氏小体和帕西尼氏小体刺激

-关于青少年自发性脊柱侧弯的处理

-加强身体可塑性和身体运动模式

Day 1: Fascia and proprioception.

Practical applications:

- Stimulation of Golgi-, Ruffini and Pacini receptors

- Working with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis

- Enhancing plasticity of body image and body scheme formation

 

 

第二天:筋膜伤害性感受

实践部分:

-筋膜源性下背痛的诊断与治疗

-处理纤维化和致密化的不同方式

-处理炎症神经血管束

Day 2: Fascial nociception.

Practical applications:

- Diagnosis and treatment of fascial low back pain

- Different therapeutic approaches for working with fibrosis versus densification

- Working with inflamed neurovascular tracts

 

 

第三天:筋膜的内感受器,及其与自主神经系统、情绪和免疫调节的关系

实践部分:

-再访迷走神经刺激

-增强内感受:通过触觉C纤维和“深触觉”A-β纤维的刺激

-增强间质组织对于免疫调节和筋膜微生物群的影响

Day 3: Fascial interoception. Interconnections with the Autonomic Nervous System, emotions and immune regulation.

Practical applications:

-  Vagal stimulation revisited

-  Enhancing interoception via stimulation of  tactile C-fibers and 'deep touch' related A-beta fibers

-  Enhancing the influence of the interstitium on immune regulation and the fascial microbiome.
